TRANSPORTERSAPP LTD built the TRANSPORTERSAPP mobile app as a Freemium app with Basic Package. This SERVICE is provided by TRANSPORTERSAPP LTD at no cost and is intended for use as is.

The Services constitute a technology platform that enables users of TRASNPRTERSAPP’s mobile applications or websites provided as part of the Services (each, an “Application”) to arrange and schedule transportation and/or logistics services with independent USERS of such services, including independent third-party transportation providers and independent third-party logistics providers and Independent Users.

YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT TRANSPORTERSAPP DOES NOT PROVIDE TRANSPORTATION OR LOGISTICS SERVICES OR FUNCTION AS A TRANSPORTATION CARRIER AND THAT ALL SUCH TRANSPORTATION OR LOGISTICS SERVICES ARE PROVIDED BY INDEPENDENT AS PREVIOUSLY MENTIONED WHO ARE NOT EMPLOYED BY TRANSPORTERSAPP OR ANY OF ITS AFFILIATES.

For a better experience, while using our Service, we may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information, including but not limited to the Phone number, Email, location, Personal Pictures, Official ID Copy, Passport Copy, Trade license copy, and any other information that will be requested with permission through our App. The information that we request will be retained by us and used as described in this privacy policy.

The app does use third-party services that may collect information used to identify you.

Information and content you provide. We collect the content, communications, and other information you provide when you use our Products, including when you sign up for an account, create or share content, and message or communicate with others. It can also include what you see through features we provide, such as trip details, departure location /date  & destination location/date. Our systems automatically process content and communications you and others provide to analyze context and what’s in them for the purposes described below. Data with special protections: You can choose to provide information in your TRANSPORTERSAPP profile fields or Life Events about you. This and other information could be subject to special protections under the laws of your country.

Networks and connections. We collect information about the people, accounts, and TRANSPORTERSAPP Market Places, and Users you are connected to, and how you interact with them across our Products, such as people you communicate with the most or Market place you are part of. We also collect contact information if you choose to upload, sync, or import it from a device (such as an address book or call log or SMS log history, URL’s and prices), which we use for things like helping you and others find people you may know and for the other purposes listed below.

Your usage. We collect information about how you use our Products, such as the types of content you view or engage with; the features you use; the actions you take; the people or accounts you interact with; and the time, frequency, and duration of your activities. For example, we log when you’re using and have last used our Products, and what posts, videos, Items, and other content /services you view on our Products. We also collect information about how you use features like camera, image uploads , location updates.

Information about transactions made on our Products. If you use our Products for purchases or other financial transactions (such as when you make a purchase or make an advertisement), we collect information about the purchase or transaction. This includes payment information, such as your credit or debit card number and other card information; other account and authentication information; and billing, shipping and contact details.

Thing’s others do and information they provide about you. We also receive and analyze content, communications and information that other people provide when they use our Products. This can include information about you, such as when others share or interact on a post of you, send a message to you, or upload, sync or import your contact information.

Account Deactivation and User Data Deletion

If users need a break, they can deactivate their account in Transportersapp. The profile won’t appear on TransportersApp while it had been deactivated. The user can come back at anytime and access their account during the deactivated period. The account will be deleted automatically after 45 days of inactivity and all the personal information provided by the user will be deleted from the database and couldn’t be retrieved thereafter.

Log Data

We want to inform you that whenever you use our Service, in a case of an error in the app we collect data and information (through third-party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.

Cookies

Cookies are files with a small amount of data that are commonly used as anonymous unique identifiers. These are sent to your browser from the websites that you visit and are stored on your device’s internal memory.

The TRANSPORTERSAPP app stores and processes personal data that you have provided to us, to provide our Service. It’s your responsibility to keep your phone and access to the app secure. TRANSPORTERSAPP will not be responsible for any consequences of making an unauthorized pickup/delivery (i.e. carrying unauthorized materials, drugs, Weapons, Dangerous goods, or any Prohibited Items) Depends on each country territory rules and regulations, and is considered as the sole responsibility of the Users of the App only.

The users of TRANSPORTERSAPP and their ratings are based on other users’ feedback only and do not mean in any way that it’s guaranteed by TRANSPORTERSAPP.

Based on provided Feedback and Rates from other users, TRANSPORTERSAPP has the right to Block, Revoke the Access of the reported Users at any time without any legal or financial responsibility on TRANSPORTERSAPP LTD.

Certain functions of the app will require the app to have an active internet connection. The connection can be Wi-Fi or provided by your mobile network provider, but TRANSPORTERSAPP cannot take responsibility for the app not working at full functionality if you don’t have access to Wi-Fi, and you don’t have any of your data allowance left.

If you’re using the app outside of an area with Wi-Fi, you should remember that the terms of the agreement with your mobile network provider will still apply. As a result, you may be charged by your mobile provider for the cost of data for the duration of the connection while accessing the app, or other third-party charges. In using the app, you’re accepting responsibility for any such charges, including roaming data charges if you use the app outside of your home territory (i.e. region or country) without turning off data roaming. If you are not the bill payer for the device on which you’re using the app, please be aware that we assume that you have received permission from the bill payer for using the app.

Along the same lines, TRANSPORTERSAPP cannot always take responsibility for the way you use the app i.e. You need to make sure that your device stays charged – if it runs out of battery and you can’t turn it on to avail the Service, TRANSPORTERSAPP cannot accept responsibility.

With respect to TRANSPORTERSAPP’s responsibility for your use of the app, when you’re using the app, it’s important to bear in mind that although we endeavor to ensure that it is updated and correct at all times, we do rely on third parties to provide information to us so that we can make it available to you. TRANSPORTERSAPP accepts no liability for any loss, direct or indirect, you experience as a result of relying wholly on this functionality of the app.

At some point, we may wish to update the app. The app is currently available on Android & iOS – the requirements for both systems (and for any additional systems we decide to extend the availability of the app to) may change, and you’ll need to download the updates if you want to keep using the app. TRANSPORTERSAPP does not promise that it will always update the app so that it is relevant to you and/or works with the Android & iOS versions that you have installed on your device. However, you promise to always accept updates to the application when offered to you, we may also wish to stop providing the app, and may terminate use of it at any time without giving notice of termination to you. Unless we tell you otherwise, upon any termination, (a) the rights and licenses granted to you in these terms will end; (b) you must stop using the app, and (if needed) delete it from your device.
